Richmond Advice and Information on Disability (Richmond AID) is an organisation of and for disabled people, working to improve access, choice, quality of life and independence for disabled people in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and surrounding areas.
Richmond AID are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. We need someone who is a real team player with an excellent attitude to supporting other members of the team.
You will manage the building, day to day IT and office and reception duties. You will be extremely IT proficient. You will also have a keen interest in marketing and communications and ideally have experience in this area. You will be a people person and enjoy working within a busy team.
Please note this is not a remote working/home working role. We are currently running a number of services operating out of the building. Your presence in the building will be vital to the smooth and efficient running of our services during the Covid period.

Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 incl OLW depending on experience
Hours: full time – 36 hours per week

Richmond AID offer 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays. Normal office hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
You will be based at our offices in the Disability Action and Advice Centre, 4 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8HT but may need to work from other locations as needed.
