The Operations and Services Manager makes a major contribution to the strategic development of the organisation. You will ensure resilience in existing services and manage your own portfolio of services. This could include carers, adults and young people and talking therapies. With a creative approach to developing new areas, you will bring strong business development and contract management skills.
The role reports to the Chief Executive and provides practical day to day operational management, including managing risk and policy development, across a motivated, high-delivering team.
A strong leader, you will be a proactive member of RBMind’s management team, helping to implement the strategic aims of the organisation including change management processes when necessary. You will have a flexible and enthusiastic approach and enjoy problem-solving and a busy environment.
Staff benefits include 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and a pension offering 4-5% matched employer contribution. Part-time (30 hours per week) may also be considered. You may need to work flexibly or be on call over some evenings, depending on service needs.
