Based in Warwickshire and working across the UK this post will play a key role developing and delivering a new strategy in this area. The post holder will be responsible for engaging, managing and developing relationships with national events and community fundraising supporters – providing outstanding stewardship and maximising sustainable long-term income nationally and regionally.
You will be committed and dynamic in your approach, working with external and internal stakeholders developing trusting relationships, helping to grow the charities portfolio in national events and community fundraising. As a key member of the Fundraising Team, you will be responsible for researching and developing a portfolio of national events and community fundraising initiatives - building a pipeline of potential sources of income, identifying new opportunities and growing our partnership base. You will be a natural communicator who has the ability to persuade, influence and inspire, with the confidence to build relationships at a senior level, across various departments and the federation.
