Job description
This organisation supports anonymous recruitment. That means hiding your personal identifying information, removing bias from the hiring process.

We are looking for a Programme Design Officer to build on the great work the charity is doing and to help us achieve more. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative individual with excellent organisational and people skills who will be the reliable, positive, "go-to" person for our Programme Design Team.

Working alongside the Programme Design Manager and Chief Programmes Officer, the purpose of this role is to support the design, development, and implementation of programme materials aligned to our organisational vision and theory of change.

This is a varied role which requires a practical and organised approach, often responding to new and emerging research and data. However the ideal candidate will also have a creative approach to problem solving and an eagerness to suggest and test new ways of working.

Please see Job Pack for full details and how to apply.

Application Instructions

To apply for this position, please send a CV and a supporting statement referencing the person specification found in the Job Pack, via our advert on CharityJob by 11.30 pm on Sunday 3rd October.

Unfortunately, we can’t consider any candidates who do not submit a supporting statement.

We operate an anonymous recruitment process and prefer all applications to be submitted via CharityJob.
