Job description

The compliance and admin assistant will have experience of the compliance and admin functions within a project management environment.   You will be responsible for the gathering, checking and collating of records in line with funding requirements and have exceptional interpersonal skills liaising with stakeholders and partners to ensure compliance and resolve issues.   You will be a confident user of Microsoft office packages who pays attention to detail and is able to produce detailed reports, documents and spreadsheets.   You will assist in the preparation of monthy returns, audits and performance reports as well as maintaining project and compliance logs and registers.  You will be a team player who works under pressure to achieve deadlines, solving problems and using your initiative to identify solutions.
