Young Roots is recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee our new 3-year Rise Up Project supporting young refugees and asylum seekers in London. This will include establishing a new casework service, leading our monitoring and evaluation strategy and activities, managing our office and reporting to funders. S/he will work with Trustees and the Director to develop and implement our fundraising strategy to ensure project sustainability. S/he will also act as Young Roots Designated Safeguarding Officer, reviewing and developing our policies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead our small team of dedicated staff and volunteers supporting young refugees in North West London and Croydon. This role if funded by the lottery through The BIG Lottery Fund until March 2019. The post is 4 days (30 hours) per week, increasing to full time, subject to funding.
