Job description

PMO Officer

You will join us as a PMO Officer responsible for supporting the PMO Manager in coordinating, tracking and monitoring delivery of a portfolio of projects and activities across the business.

PMO Officer Responsibilities:

The PMO Officer will be working with Performance, Change, PMO and Project Managers to ensure development and maintenance of plans, reports and other documentation. The post holder will be supporting the development and maintaining all PMO, Performance and Change management products in order to provide robust assurance and quality control in line with RNIB standard practices.

The post holder will report into the PMO Manager helping to develop and grow the strategic PMO function into a ‘Centre of Excellence’ providing support to projects as needed, contributing to the continuous development of the PMO, embedding P3M and Change disciplines and ways of working across the business.

PMO Officer Requirements:

You will have previous experience of project support / administrative support in a project environment. You will be committed to developing skills and knowledge in this area working with and supporting colleagues to help develop the PMO. Based in London, Peterborough or Birmingham, the post may involve some travelling to other locations throughout the UK.

Salary: £25,482 per annum
