Would you like to help others while learning useful skills? Our connected community of blind and partially sighted people, friends and families is growing here in the East and we are looking for admin support in our friendly Norwich office.
You will need to be confident with Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as talking with a wide variety of people on the phone. Experience of using customer databases is an advantage but training will be given. In return you will gain valuable experience and the knowledge that you are making a valuable contribution to a national charity.
Answering and making telephone calls; Assist with a variety of admin tasks; Create documents and input data; Maintain records and computer files.
A knowledge of general admin practices; Comfortable talking over the telephone; Good Attention to detail; Microsoft Word, Excel and internet; Treat information confidentially
