Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) is an established charity recognised for the unique way it brings people and organisations together to improve the lives of individuals and communities. Our aim is to help local people address the social needs of their communities, working across the UK.
The Holts Hub Community Café and Centre in Holts needs an energetic and inspiring Community Centre Manager to develop and maintain a successful community café, with a strong focus on creating a safe and welcoming safe for the community.

The role involves recruiting and managing a team of volunteers to ensure the centre and café run smoothly and maintains excellent food safety standards and customer service values.
We are looking for someone with experience or running a café or similar facility who has a firm understanding of the relationship between turnover, profit, wastage and gross profit margins.
You will have leadership qualities, ideally with some experience of working as, or with, volunteers.
