We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager at our Head Office in Northamptonshire. The post holder will be the first point of contact for potential job applicants and will need to clearly and sensitively communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision both to a Christian audience and to those of other faiths and none. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy are all essential requirements. Previous experience of HR administration is desirable.
Hours are 25 per week (ideally to be worked over 4 or 5 days). This is a permanent position subject to satisfactory references, a Basic Disclosure check and a 6 month probationary period.
