Neighbourhood Officer, General Needs

We are currently seeking an experienced full time Neighbourhood Officer, General Needs on a permanent basis.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed housing professional with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. With a focus on meeting the needs of our customers, you’ll be self-motivated and possess an aptitude to meet challenges and adapt to change. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient housing service within a dedicated patch, playing a key role in tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy and estate management. You’ll be required to work with partners to deliver a community based service.

The successful applicant should be educated to GCSE level, BTEC, GNVQ Intermediate, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.  Practical knowledge of MS Word and Excel and office administration is important.
