Job description

6-month fixed term, flexible hours

You will provide administrative support to the Academy’s International Partnerships team.

The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager, International Mobility in administering the Global Talent visa route through; checking eligibility of applications, maintaining an up-to-date database of live applications, and ensuring timely decisions by the panels in line with Home Office service standards. You will undertake rapid checking and processing of Fast Track visa applications, in line with Home Office service standards.

Acting as the first point of contact for expert panels, applicants, and Home Office operational staff, you will undertake satisfactory completion of on-line forms, supporting documents and other administrative requirements of the Home Office and the Academy.

You will bring outstanding organisational and time management skills, a high standard of computer literacy and proven ability to operate effectively against strict deadlines. You must have administrative assistant experience and experience collating data. We are looking for someone with proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with on-line video conferencing applications and other collaborative on-line tools.
