Job description

We currently have an opportunity available in Surrey in our Independent Living Team. We are looking for someone who can take our Surrey team into a new phase, working closely with the Operations Manager and other Senior Indepedent Living Practitioners. This role can be full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (30 hours per week) and will be home based but you are required to cover the county of Surrey. If you have experience in a similar role and the skills we are looking for (or transferable skills), a positive attitude and would to like to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives, please get in touch. We provide training, regular one-to-one supervisions, mentoring and peer support. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently, you will also need to be car driver, with access to a vehicle. The role requires a flexible attitude to work as this is not a 9-5 service and you will manage a team of Independent Living Pracitioners. We welcome applications from Deaf and Hearing people.
