Job description

Kew Foundation’s Business Services team brings together expertise in fundraising systems, insight and data, gift processing, data protection, campaign management and prospect development, with the purpose of enabling effective fundraising.

We are preparing for a major fundraising Campaign and to support us to achieve our ambitious targets, we are looking to recruit a talented, proactive and highly organised Data Assistant to support with the delivery of high quality Gift and Membership data.

We are looking for a proactive and conscientious Data Assistant to undertake timely, secure and compliant data processing for our members, donors and prospects, meeting the highest standards of accuracy, best practice and data regulations.

As part of the Data & Analytics team, the Data Assistant will be responsible for processing memberships and philanthropic gifts across all income generating areas of Kew Foundation.

The ability to process large volumes of customer data accurately and efficiently to meet data processing KPIs is essential.

Also essential is experience of working with databases to process, check and clean data (use of MS Dynamics CRM Databases an advantage) and of using Excel to process and manage data.
