Job description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. We work with teams across the organisation to develop marketing plans to enable Kew to achieve ambitious targets for visitor admissions and income generation.

In this role you'll support the Digital Marketing Manager to successfully communicate Kew’s visitor and member offering through digital marketing campaigns across paid social media, display, PPC, email marketing and other relevant digital marketing platforms.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be part of a team leading innovation across our marketing channels to increase sales and brand engagement. This role is responsible for delivering and measuring a series of campaigns, supporting our ‘always on’ activity and delivering the roadmap for selected digital marketing channels (PPC and social media advertising).

As part of an ambitious team, you will constantly look for new ideas, test and learn what works for our audiences and collaborate across channels to seamlessly combine digital and non-digital marketing.

About you

You’re someone with experience of running digital marketing campaigns in a previous role.

You’ve run social media adverts and PPC campaigns and want to expand your skills in these channels.

You’re confident writing copy and briefing in creative requirements, with excellent attention to detail.

You’re passionate about data, love to test and learn what works for each audience and have a good grasp of Google Analytics.

You have a good understanding of sales and marketing in tourism, leisure or entertainment or have transferrable knowledge from a relevant industry.
