We currently have an opportunity within our Events and Venue Hire Team for an Events Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales of private and corporate events at Kew Gardens.
The events range from weddings to corporate dinners, conferences to birthday parties.

The role will involve responding to initial inquiries and conducting show-rounds of venues delivering an excellent standard of customer service. Ensuring high standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of the sales process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets.
Previous experience of an event sales environment is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.
You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
