Job Description

It is an exciting time to join the membership team at Kew Gardens. Membership is a key area of growth, and an opportunity has arisen to contribute to this important team as a Membership Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the culture and heritage sector.

The Membership Officer will be involved in briefing in membership campaigns to key stakeholders and reporting against those campaigns and the wider membership KPI’s. They will project manage the membership fulfilment process and monitor the expenditure and income for the team.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a busy office environment with responsibility for managing deadlines and with a keen eye for detail.

This role requires a motivated self-starter who can prioritise their workload and who will be able to support delivery of membership campaigns across different audiences and channels. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and can build collaborative working relationship across multiple differing directorates.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of CRM databases and will be able to track and report against specific targets and campaigns.
