It is an exciting time to join the membership team at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Membership provides a vital source of income for RBG, Kew and an opportunity has arisen to contribute to this important team. Primarily focused on the retention of Kew’s 100,000 members, this role will use their skills to support future campaigns, as well as project manage the delivery of multiple projects.

The Membership Officer will be involved in briefing in membership campaigns to key stakeholders and reporting against those campaigns and the wider membership KPI’s. This role requires someone who has experience working in a busy office environment with responsibility for managing deadlines and a keen eye for detail.

Kew Foundation is an integral part of RBG, Kew, working to deliver its over-arching strategy through the generation of income from Kew’s membership scheme and driving fundraising growth from individual donors, corporates, trusts and foundations both across the UK and international audiences.
We are looking for someone who has good analytical skills, with the ability to review the impact and success of our various retention campaigns.
This role requires a motivated self-starter who can prioritise their workload and who will be able to support delivery of multiple membership campaigns across different audiences and channels. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and can build collaborative working relationship across multiple differing directorates.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of CRM databases and will be able to track and report against specific targets and campaigns.
