Job description

We are looking for an experienced PA to play a pivotal role in the Director’s Office in providing frontline administrative support to the Director of RBG Kew and the Director of Resources.

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction. Our mission is to understand and protect plants and fungi for the well-being of people and the future of all life on Earth.

With a proven background in supporting a CEO or director of a sizable organisation, the post-holder will be a motivated, highly organised team-player with excellent interpersonal skills who is calm under pressure and who operates with discretion.
