Job description

A senior member of the Finance team at the world renowned Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, you will play a key role is achieving our objectives by providing management accounting services enabling us to manage our resourcing, forecasting, and budgeting throughout each year. This will in turn allow senior managers to make sound financial decisions supporting their plans, policies and procedures to meet their financial obligations.

Operating as a finance business partner; you will have a specific responsibility to the Fundraising and Membership department who are responsible for raising over £20m annually in income, supporting their financial and non-financial metrics reporting

A suitable qualified accountant with (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience in management accounting and business partnering within a complex organisation, you will look to continuously contribute to developing and improving systems, reporting mechanisms and providing detailed accurate finance data. 

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills are essential for this demanding role.
