Showcasing 200 acres of spectacular gardens, RHS Garden Wisley welcomes over 1.2 million visitors annually. Over 50 small and large scale events are held at Wisley each year and we are now looking for a special person who can support the Events Team with the administration and co-ordination of our exciting events programme.
You will be an experienced Events Co-ordinator with a proven track record in supporting the administration and organisation of events for small and large audiences in an outdoor setting. Your remit will be to support the wider events team answering enquiries via e-mail and telephone for private events, processing invoices, researching and liaising with suppliers and occasionally supporting the team to deliver events onsite.
Ideal candidates will be able to think on their feet, professionally liaise with all levels and be able to perform under pressure. You will naturally be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
