Impact and Outcomes Analyst
Hours: 37 hours a week. Permanent contract.
Location: Dalston, London E8
Reporting to: Head of Income Generation

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 p.a. (dependent on skills and experience)

We are seeking a suitably qualified evaluator who has experience of data analysis and writing social evaluation reports. You should also enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the continuous improvement of our delivery.
You will be required to analyse data and conduct/facilitate evaluation to support the development and impact of RSBC services as defined within our strategic plans (available on request).
The person appointed will help to ensure that high quality evidence informs and enhances all aspects of service delivery including shaping our theory of change; increasing the knowledge and expertise of front-line staff; measuring outcomes and demonstrating impact; contributing to high quality funding applications.
