Job Title: Face to Face Regional Fundraising Manager London.
Location: London and occasional home based working.
Accountable to: Regular Giving Acquisition Manager.
Salary: The Salary is 31K and then all expenses for travel are covered (which saves you £3K on a monthly travel card/Oyster.
Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) was founded in 1938. Initially formed to help recruit women into the air raid precautions movement assisting civilians during and after air raids, over time this has grown to become one of the largest volunteer organisations in the country. Our 25,000 volunteers help older people stay active, independent and able to continue to contribute to society. As a charitable organisation with big plans for the future it is vital that their fundraising is sustainable in the long term to be able to fully support on-going projects amidst ongoing public funding cuts.
In-house Private Sites Fundraising
After previously working in partnership with agency providers for a number of years RVS has taken the exciting step of setting up it’s own in-house team. Working across Private Sites and Street fundraising this role will oversee all regular giving recruitment in the London and surrounding regions and therefore must be located within Greater London.
To oversee and be accountable for the London in-house teams. Working with and feeding back to the Regular Giving Acquisition Manager this role will be responsible for the day to day management, recruitment and training of the fundraising teams in the region, ensuring the in-house activity maximises net income for RVS. You will train and inspire Fundraisers and your Team Leaders to talk to the public and raise money through Direct Debit fundraising.
This will involve:
- People management.
- Managing London Face to face team activity.
- Liaising with external suppliers and contacts.

You will build a team from scratch with the support of your very own dedicated Account Manager at Flow Caritas Charity Recruitment.
