We’re looking for a hard-working Fellowship Development Coordinator to help us with the recruitment of members into the RSA Fellowship through connecting and engaging with prospective Fellows and supporting project work to drive development of the service.
Key skills we’re looking for are:
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibility within a busy team environment and be willing to support colleagues with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communicator with an ability to talk about the RSA confidently with potential Fellows face-to-face, over the telephone, and by email
- Someone with a natural ability to get to grips with using technology and learning new platforms.
- Accurate data inputting skills with excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to preserving the confidentiality of Fellowship data.
