An exciting opportunity has arisen in the RSA Fellowship Services team to ensure the smooth running of the customer service and administration of the department. As well as managing the team, you will lead on distinct projects which are part of delivering the Fellowship and retention strategy, including operational and logistical management, the development and implementation of improvements to administrative processes, delivering small grants to successful Fellow applicants, and collaborating with other departments and external agencies as required.
You will play a key role in shaping the success of the Fellows’ experience and meeting/exceeding retention targets with your outstanding customer care and administrative abilities.
You will have proven management experience, exceptional administrative and organisational abilities and an understanding of CRM systems to ensure the smooth administrative day to day running of the team. You will be calm and confident with meticulous attention to detail, and a highly organised approach to work, together with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to use your initiative.
