We need an outgoing individual who is confident at working to targets to join our team at RSPB Titchwell Marsh to inspire and engage members of the public so that we can secure vital support for nature.
Membership Development Officer

Salary starting at: £17,276 to £18,716 per annum
Hours: Full time
We will give you a comprehensive package of training and support to ensure that you are set up to succeed and help give nature the boost it needs.
The successful candidates will be based at our iconic reserve at Titchwell and you will also have opportunities to work at the spectacular RSPB Snettisham reserve and other sites along the North Norfolk coast, where you will be an ambassador for the RSPB and enthuse and inspire the public to support our conservation work through membership. It truly is a job where no two days are the same.
The role will require working 2 out of 4 weekends, bank holidays and very occasionally unsociable hours.
