We deal with more than one third of a million contacts and actions each year. Queries can relate to new memberships, donations, renewals, upgrades, changes of address, resignations, suppression's, deaths, data and business processes, paper quality, event bookings, school groups administration, brand, telemarketing, science and research, people engagement, events, campaigns, conservation policy, law, planning proposals, wildlife diseases and wildlife identification — almost anything and everything. Some supporters contact us just to reach out and talk to a friendly person.
Supporter Services manage demand generated from letters, emails and phone calls. We also respond to social media posts and moderate the RSPB Communities.
