Digital Fundraising Coordinator (Voluntary role)
Are you looking for something to fill up some spare time whilst being part of a team of volunteers dedicated to helping animals in need? If so, then this could be the role for you!
Key activities – Run social media fundraising events such as virtual pet shows, update social media pages with fundraising posts and campaigns for our branch, liaising with volunteers/trustees to get appropriate information. Engage with followers, responding to questions and comments appropriately. Ideas for other digital fundraising methods welcomed. At all times acting as an ambassador for the RSPCA.
Times & preferred duration of commitment - Approx. 1-2 hours per week. Flexible. An ongoing commitment is preferred.
Experience/skills/knowledge required - IT literate. Experience of using social media. Experience of fundraising desirable. Excellent written communication skills. An interest in animal welfare. This is a great opportunity to use and develop your digital media skills whilst helping animals in need.
Guidance will be provided.
