We are seeking a positive, target driven and organised individual to join our successful retail team in Northampton Town Centre.
Daily duties include sorting donated stock, preparing stock for sale, pricing, managing volunteers, visual merchandising, cashing up, recruiting volunteers and providing training to them.

Occasionally the Shop Manager may be required to assist in other RSPCA Northamptonshire shops to cover absences or provide additional support.

The Shop Manager will be required to work 5 days per week (35 hours) including some weekends. Working days may vary weekly so flexibility is required.

Previous retail, customer service and management experience is desirable.

This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity in a role that varies day to day. A good level of fitness is required to carry out duties.
