Location:      Hybrid Working (Home/Southwater Based)

Salary:       circa £22,000 depending on experience

Hours:      Full Time (35 hours)

As an RSPCA Corporate Partnerships Executive you’ll play a key role working within the Corporate Partnerships team in sustaining the income of the organisation, through the development and management of relationships with our corporate partners. You’ll also be responsible for seeking and introducing new collaborations to help us achieve our charitable aims.

We are looking for a self-starting individual who is keen to kick start or develop their career within the Corporate Partnerships sector.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Managing a portfolio of smaller corporate relationships, monitoring and responding to emails, and managing the income reporting and thanking processes

  • Providing support on our larger-scale partnerships

  • Researching and pursuing opportunities for new partnerships

  • Managing the Payroll Giving project processing and reporting

  • Managing the Corporate volunteer processes and engagement with RSPCA Centres and branches

  • Promoting a ‘partnership culture’ across the RSPCA by building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, representing the team in internal meetings and sharing knowledge gathered with the team


You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a commercial organisation, Account Management, Corporate Social Responsibility -OR- experience of managing relationships. 

  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills

  • Confident with financial process and data manipulation

  • Engaging communication skills

  • Experience of relationship building

  • Experience of working in a team

  • Knowledge of Google Suite desirable

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the cause and aims of the RSPCA

  • The ability to undertake planned travel including overnight stays and weekend working

This trial will be for a period of 6 months.  If successful, it is expected that this role will continue to operate across both locations.
