Head of Children & Young People’s Counselling & Wellbeing Services

This position offers an established role in a leading specialist rape & sexual abuse support charity & value-led, relational & strategic service provision to help RSVP achieve our CYP service mission: Children and young people need timely, appropriate and compassionate specialist support.

We are committed to ensuring that individuals subjected to sexual violence and abuse are involved at every level of RSVP & welcome applications from people with lived experience of sexual trauma who also meet the person specification. We want to work together, engage & amplify the voices of young survivors throughout all our work.

This role will lead in the safe delivery, strategic direction and development of RSVP’s CYP counselling and wellbeing services. You will support the Chief Executive and work closely with Heads of Services to implement the strategic direction of the organisation, manage operations, strengthen our sustainability and to continuously improve RSVP’s effectiveness and impact for the CYP we support.
