We are currently delivering the following services to young people with additional needs and their families: Family Matters (Richmond and Hounslow), SEND specialist advice service, FriendBee (SEND Befriending) and Bright Futures (our new service for young people making that transition from children to adult services and further education).  The post holder will be responsible for managing these services including preparing reports for the CEO and ensuring your team do the same, as well as working with the CEO to identify gaps and develop new projects.

To be suitable for the role you will need to:

We actively encourage applications from parents of children/young people with additional needs and disabilities and can offer flexible working to suit school hours.
