SAFE! Support for Young People Affected by Crime is an Oxford based charity that provides support to children and families affected by crime and abuse. We are looking to recruit a full-time Referral Liaison Administrator to work across both our Young Victim and Building Respectful Families services.
Working within the administration team, you will support the Service Managers in acting as a first point of contact for referrers and parents/guardians and service users. You will have an excellent telephone manner and experience of communicating with a wide range of people as well as general administration. A strong team player, you will have good knowledge of maintaining databases along with an ability to work independently. Your main role includes:
- Responding to young people and families referred into SAFE! for support, conducting
telephone assessments and providing further information about support.
- Liaising closely with referrers gathering additional information as part of the organisation’s initial assessment process
- To support and liaise closely with Senior Practitioners in the management of unallocated
cases and waiting lists.

This role is initially funded for a fixed term until the end of March 2022. Extension to the initial contract may be considered subject to funding.
