The purpose of this role is to deliver the day-to-day transactional HR processes for the charity and support the HR Officer to deliver effective and efficient generalist HR support services to SafeLives.
This is a key role in embedding and supporting our values and behaviours and helping SafeLives build a culture that consistently reflects our values. As the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries and matters, the postholder will be expected to respond in line with and support staff and managers to fulfil our values of Human, Rigorous and Brave.
Location: Hybrid working between our Bristol office and remote (with occasional travel across UK)
