Starting Salary £25,628 PER ANNUM – PRO RATA WHERE APPLICABLE
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a commercial mind-set to join our busy Marketing and Communications team.
The post holder is responsible for the Hospice’s marketing activities, raising the profile of our work, ensuring that the positive image of the Hospice is maintained and supporting the growth of income generation. We need someone to devise and implement innovative and effective campaigns to support income generation and awareness of our services. You will take responsibility for campaign planning and output across the full marketing mix.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that brand guidelines are followed increasing awareness of the work of the Hospice and be the main point of contact for marketing activity, developing and executing marketing plans as required and agreed with the Head of Marketing and Communications.
The post holder will be responsible for maximising opportunities to promote all aspects of the charity, including service delivery, volunteering, general fundraising support and retail support. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
You must have excellent planning and organizational skills as well as strong written English. Experience in video production and photography is desirable.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2019 – full-time hours are preferred but 30 hours/flexible working would be considered.
