Donor Services Representative Full time
Salary: £18,000 – £24,000 p.a with benefits Permanent
Based Buckhurst Hill, (close proximity to Central Line)
We are seeking an amazing representative to work as a"Donor Services Representative" in our busy and committed Department. You will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to pray with our supporters over the phone, feel comfortable calling churches to discuss our ministry and above all be a cental part in building on our vision to be a ‘supporter-centric’ organisation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Great customer service skills, praying/talking with supporters over the phone and in writing.
Documenting communication and processing gifts in the organisations’ database
Maintain knowledge of fundraising campaigns of Samaritan’s Purse and the BGEA and input to the campaigns as required.
Supporting our customer service engagement and retention initiatives
Other administrative and support duties as required.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have proven:
Strong written and oral communication
Excellent phone manner
Ability to build good working relationships with others nte
Ability to prioritise, anticipate and multitask
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook and Customer Services databases
Enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation
