A resourceful and energetic coordinator is needed to provide Project and Event Management and Administration to support all aspects of developing this volunteer ministry. This includes working with the Volunteer Relations Manager to develop strategies and processes for volunteer recruitment, selection, training and coaching. You will also create programme materials, plan volunteer conferences and international vision trips and coordinate communication and other promotional initiatives.
You will enjoy relating to and envisioning a wide range of volunteers. You will be confident to take initiative with people and projects and have strong administrative skills and attention to detail. You will enthusiastically support the Christian purposes of OCC and Samaritan’s Purse and be committed to the value of well-equipped volunteers and to developing them further.
