Are you a strong leader with expertise in strategic business planning? Samaritans is looking for an Assistant Director of Performance and Insight. 

You’ll line manage three direct reports - Head of Planning, Performance & Programmes, Head of Research & Evaluation and Head of Data. You’ll be responsible for the annual planning cycle, organisational performance and ensuring we maintain a focus on achieving our five strategic priorities through championing the use of research, evaluation and data to inform all that we do. 

You’ll have experience of leading and developing high performing teams, with knowledge of planning and reviewing the delivery of services for sustained improvement. 

• £75,000 per annum plus benefits 

• Permanent role 

• Part time or full time hours considered (a minimum of 21 hours, up to 35 per week)

• Hybrid working: Linked to Ewell (Surrey) office with home and office working 

• In-office working: A minimum of twice per month
