A little bit about the role...
We are looking for a Digital Communications Officer who wants to develop their skills to create great content for our digital channels. The right candidate will help us support more people and encourage supporters to fundraise or volunteer for us.
This role will primarily involve content writing and moderation of content on our website, as well as supporting our email marketing so that we can provide our site’s users with great supporter journeys. You’ll also provide reporting for the website, so that we can continually improve content for our web users.
You’ll have experience of writing content for a range of different audiences, so people can find the support they need, or be inspired to donate, volunteer or campaign for us. You should also be familiar with digital reporting, so you can assess how successful our content is, and have worked with content management systems.
You’ll also know your way around Google Analytics, and have some experience using email marketing platforms.
You’ll have the support of a team of five with skills in all things digital, from web and search to video and social, and we offer training to staff too.
