  • £16,000 - £18,500 pro rata (FTE £20,00 - £23,500) depending on experience

We’re seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to join us during an exciting phase of growth.

As a Samaritan you’ll be part of an established charity who for over 60 years has been delivering services to some of the most vulnerable people across the UK and Republic of Ireland.  Our mission is to reduce the number of people who die by suicide and we pride ourselves in taking a leading role in influencing suicide prevention policy and practice. 

We’re keen to hear from candidates who are equally passionate about our charitable purpose. You’ll be part of a Ewell based team, but don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be office based until January 2021. Ewell benefits from great transport links to London and the South, and when you get here, you’ll working out of picturesque premises.

Don’t be fooled by the title, we’re not hierarchical and see our HR Assistant as being the bedrock of the team – You’ll be a critical enabler that allows us to continue striving to make Samaritans a great place to work. 

Get ready to roll up your sleeves as the role will be busy. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR queries, making you the face of our HR brand. As a starter/finisher you’ll be supporting recruitment coordination, while delivering all employee lifecycle administration. 

Having had previous HR administration experience you’ll thrive on the buzz that comes with a fast-paced environment.
