 About The role/person 

Samaritans is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR department based in our central office in Ewell. 

Working alongside another HR Advisor you will have responsibility for the end-to-end advisory and coordination support to recruitment, including working to continuously improve our recruitment processes.  You will also be responsible for the provision of generalist HR support to designated client group(s). This is intended to be generalist people support to our affiliated branches, but may change according to organisational.  This is a varied hands-on role and you will be the first point of contact for managers and staff in the assigned areas of the business 

In addition to the day to day operational activities you will contribute to the review of policies and procedures and the development of “management self-serve” through the best use of our HRIS and the upskilling of people managers.   

Solid experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues is essential as is the ability to establish effective relationships with key stakeholders.
