The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Bristol office. They will assist the Chief Executive Officer in administrative functions necessary to her position, including managing and maintaining her calendar, scheduling appointments, completing expense claims, preparing presentations, and organising events and meetings.
You will be compassionate with strong communication skills as you will often be a first point of contact for people who have experienced rape and sexual abuse who contact our office seeking support.
You will have experience of working in a similar Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator role. You will be highly organised with demonstratable experience of supporting senior personnel with a variety of tasks including diary management. You will be a proactive individual who is confident in managing multiple priorities and enjoys ensuring that all administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a high level of knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
