As HR Advisor you will be responsible for assigned business areas, delivering employee relations and other generalist expertise and advice to line managers ensuring alignment with the values, policies and procedures of the organisaiton. You will also be responsible for providing transactional support and advice to line managers on all aspects of employee relations and people management issues. In addition you will:
To be successful you will have experience of interpreting, advising and implementing a full range of HR policies and procedures, including organisational change and restructures. You will be an associate or chartered member of the CIPD by education or experience. You will also be an influencer and decisive thinker with the courage to challenge, you will have strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective advice and coaching on a range of HR issues.
