As Portfolio Officer you will be responsible and hold others accountable for delivering our ambitious goals for children, continually improving own performance of that of the team/organisation in developing embedding of the Families Connect programme. In addition you will oversee monitoring and information systems for Early Learning Services programmes and contribute to their design and improvement. In addition you will:
To be successful you will have an understanding of the impact of poverty on children, families and neighbourhoods and the barriers that communities face in seeking to bring about positive changes in outcomes as well as an understanding of early years programmes, and ideally experience of supporting delivery. Solutions focussed and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude, you should have strong skills in working with internal and external partners. In addition you will have:
