As Senior HR Advisor you will take the lead role within HR on complex HR issues relating to non-UK based staff. and will be the HR Lead on relevant working groups and project teams. You will provide HR input on project development and delivery and ensure all HR work relating to project is delivered to required standards, on time, and in line with wider organisational policies and processes. To be successful you will have strong demonstrable generalist HR skills and experience, including business-led change management. Highly motivated, resilient and a self-starter, you will be skilled in building relationships, challenging and influencing.
