As Senior HR Advisor you will work closely with the Employee Relations Manager, contributing to the development and implementation of the employee relations strategy in the organisation. To be successful you will be an employee relations specialist with a deep understanding of employment law and its application in the UK. An excellent and highly visible team player, you will be MCIPD qualified or have equivalent experience. Experience of managing TUPE situations and other change management programmes is also essential. In addition you will have:
