We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with leadership and management experience to join us as a Team Leader.

This is an exciting and challenging role managing two teams across our Young People’s Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Service (RACS).

The YPP provides a multi-agency service across the County, to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, through supported housing in hostel and community accommodation.

RACS is a County wide service that provides housing and support services for high and medium level risk offenders, supervised by The National Probation Service or local Community Rehabilitation Company.

This Team Leader role will lead and manage our teams in Scarborough and Richmond, overseeing the day-to-day management of a team of experienced colleagues who provide direct support to clients and a range of housing management duties.

The successful applicant will be office based in Scarborough with a requirement for travel to Richmond. This role requires travel and so you must have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, meaning a mix of office and home working will be considered for the successful applicant.

If you are passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable in society to thrive and achieve independence through leading and managing a team of dedicated individuals, then this is the role for you.

You will be joining Foundation whose core values are: People, Integrity, Collaboration and Passion.

We aim for our workforce to reflect the diverse and exciting region we serve. We want you to have every opportunity to shine and show us your talents. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make sure the assessment process works for you.

We encourage you to apply early as applications will be reviewed as soon as they are received and we reserve the right to close this job advert sooner subject to finding a suitable candidate.
