At Scope our mission is to drive social change so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. We want to achieve everyday equality and support disabled people to get the best start in life, live the life they choose and be financially secure.

The Role

Be a Disability Gamechanger and join our Leeds Employment Team as an Employment Adviser. You will be delivering one or a combination of our portfolio of services across the team or even supporting the wider Employment Services Team nationally by delivering our services to our customers digitally. Your role will be to manage a caseload of disabled customers across our services, supporting and empowering them into volunteering, education, training or work whilst ensuring that all programme KPI’s are met. Alongside this you will be contacting and marketing our services to potential referral partners and employers.

About You

We are looking to recruit an experienced employment adviser to join our team.

You will bring drive and enthusiasm to your role and can demonstrate that you care passionately about improving disabled people's lives by supporting them into employment.  Being dynamic, results-driven, and comfortable working to targets with a proven track record of achieving outcomes both digitally and in face-to-face meetings will enable you to succeed within the role. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and be confident delivering the service to our customers on either a one-one basis or within group- based delivery (currently all being delivered digitally).

We ask you demonstrate an appreciation of Scope’s values and ambition of achieving Everyday Equality for disabled people.

With a base at our Leeds Office, you will be required to travel to appointments with our customers or stakeholders across our delivery areas however, wider travel may be required to support the contract delivery.
