About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic manager to coordinate the effective running and management of our service provision within our Cardiff office. This role will provide local team managers support and guidance on processes and systems relating to operational finance, HR and maintaining Scope's culture and values in the locality.
You will have office management and relationship management experience. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You will also be able to show knowledge of financial procedures/management, HR systems and procedures, and have some knowledge of Health and Safety and GDPR.
We are looking for a good "all rounder" that has good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products and are confident user of digital technology demonstrating a positive approach to the adoption of innovative products and tools.
You will bring drive and enthusiasm to your role and can demonstrate that you care passionately about improving disabled people's lives.
