About Scope

Scope is a major UK pan disability charity that is embarked on a programme of fundamental change to deliver its goal of ‘Everyday equality’ for disabled people. Continuing to develop a high-performing marketing team is critical to delivering our goal.  

 

About the role

 

The candidate will be the face of the marketing team and take new briefs from project leads across the organisation. You will manage them from end to end and work closely with the creative team. You will need excellent project management skills to manage a high volume of briefs. They will come from teams across the organisation, such as fundraising, campaigns, partnerships and services. There will be a wide variety of briefs, from in-store assets and films, to social media artwork and fundraising campaigns. When you get a brief, you will use your marketing knowledge to give recommendations, and then complete the brief ready for processing through the creative team. The candidate will need to scope out the project requirements, brief the design team, and manage the process from end to end. You will be the point of contact for a campaign and you will give advice and shape each brief. You’ll also be part of the feedback process to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard.

 

About you

 

We are looking for a good project manager with marketing experience who enjoys being organised, has good administration skills, enjoys working with others to deliver on deadlines and can produce high-quality marketing outputs. You’ll need to be able to work at pace to keep on top of strict deadlines, build relationships across the organisation and deal with changes and challenges as they arise.
